Luxury healthcare in a state-of-the-art center
NHC Place, Cool Springs, which opened in June 2004, is the first senior care community in Williamson County that includes an Assisted Living Center and a multi-specialty Health Center on a single campus. NHC Place, Cool Springs distinguishes itself by providing residents and patients with just the right amount of care and service. We enable residents and patients to maintain their independence and good health for as long as possible, allowing them to age gracefully and with dignity.
Our Philosophy: The NHC Campus Concept
NHC Place, Cool Springs is affiliated with National HealthCare Corporation which was founded in 1971 by Dr. Carl E. Adams, a physician, business and community leader, and lifelong resident of Middle Tennessee. Dr. Adams and Jennie Mae Adams had a long-held dream of building a “campus concept” of life care facilities for older adults.
Their objective was to provide older adults with a beautiful, secure, and caring environment as they aged, free from the daily worries of cooking, cleaning, and caring for a home. Dr. Adams also hoped to provide a way for married couples to stay together, even if the health of one required a different degree of care.
At NHC, care is our business. Care that respects the individual. Care that promotes recovery, well-being and independence. Care that seeks to meet all standards of quality.
